Everything was great! When we arrived we were greeted by Luca and I'm using this moment to say a special thanks to him! He was very welcoming and he gave us great recommendations for restaurants and stores nearby! The other lady at the front desk was very nice too (I'm sorry i didn't remember her name). The bed was huge and comfortable, the room was clean and there were a great variety of delicious foods for breakfast. The hotel is very close to a few stops of the public transportation so getting to the city center takes 10 - 15 minutes. A tip - there's a small café across from the hotel - "Allright" - great pasta and great service! Overall we had an amazing time in Rome! When we come back someday we're staying here again for sure!

Room a little small but more than adequate, well presented and nice view from the window. Bathroom was a good size, it was very clean and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was superb!! All staff were very attentive and pleasant. The hotel arranged the taxi to the airport on our departure. As we shared the taxi with room 211 possibly 212 and us room 214 on the 26th May at 9.30 am we felt the fee for transporting 4 persons should have been £70 euros but the taxi charged £130 euros in total which we felt was unreasonable for one trip at the same time. We showed him the hotel tariff from Villa Glori reception desk but the the driver dismissed this and insisted £130 was the price for 2 bookings.

The room was compact and contained lots of useful stuff (kettle, and everything to make a tea, sleepers, toiletries, even razor!, safe for valuables, enough hangers, even pants hangers, huge bathtub, bidet). In the bathroom there was a window with the beautiful view. During the nighttime it was very quite. The personel was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was just am-az-ing - buffet with plenty of choices: vegetables, fresh fruits, cold cuts, milk with cereals, jams, pastries, scrambled eggs, sausages, juice, tea, coffee, water. The location was pretty good too, however a bit far away (20 min walk) from the nearest subway station.

The room was tiny but nicely decorated and very clean. Excellent hospitality. I felt welcomed and comfortable during my stay. The staff was helpful and friendly. The garden view from the room was calming and very Italian. Good celebration for breakfast. Location was good there was a lot of cute restaurants and cafes around. I enjoyed walking around the neighborhood. If your used to big rooms and more touristy locations, maybe not a best choice but if you want to experience an authentic Italian welcoming atmosphere and neighborhood, then this is definitely for you! Thank you!

“My stay at Villa Glori in Rome was absolutely wonderful, thanks to the impeccable customer service and warm hospitality. I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Flavia Domitilla, who went above and beyond to make my mornings truly delightful. She was always available, attentive, and ready to assist with anything I needed – from helpful advice to a perfectly prepared cappuccino that brightened my day. Villa Glori truly stands out for its exceptional attention to detail and dedication to guest satisfaction. Thank you for making my stay unforgettable!”
